Two things we push that almost nobody asks for: surge protection at the panel and again at the equipment pad, because Florida takes more lightning than any other state and a modern pad is mostly circuit boards, and treating the screen enclosure as structure rather than decoration, engineered and anchored for county wind loads. June through November is when the cage gets tested. It still surprises owners that the anchors give out well before the aluminum does.

The build side is set by two local facts. Sand over a shallow water table, so hydrostatic relief is standard and no shell of ours sits empty longer than it must. And a permit route that changes with your address: the City of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Martin, or Indian River.

Nobody signs the final until the yard meets Florida's residential pool safety barrier requirement, so that hardware belongs on the first quote.

How It Works

1. 1. Design and quote. We come out, measure the lot, check setbacks, easements, and HOA rules, and design the pool and cage together in 3D. Designing the enclosure after the pool is how you end up with a cage that fits nothing properly.
2. 2. Permits and excavation. We pull permits through the City of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, or Martin County, plan for the water table, handle the dig and the steel, and meet the inspectors on schedule.
3. 3. Shotcrete, tile, and finishes. Steel cage, shotcrete shell, plumbing, tile, coping, interior finish, and decking. Hydrostatic relief valves go in as standard, and any enclosure is engineered to the county wind-load requirements.
4. 4. Fill, start-up, and handoff. We fill it, run the 28-day plaster start-up, balance the chemistry, and walk you through the equipment pad and your hurricane-season checklist before we hand over the keys.
